My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 35 be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of giving precedence To-morrow over the other orders of the day, to the Third Readings of the Colonial Development and Welfare (Amendment) Bill, The National Assistance (Amendment) Bill and the Agricultural Improvement Grants Bill.—(Earl St. Aldwyn.)
