The Right Honourable Sir David Llewelyn Jenkins, Knight, a Lord Justice of Appeal, having been appointed a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary, under the provisions of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, 1876, as amended by subsequent enactments, with the dignity of a Baron for life, by the style and title of Baron Jenkins, of Ashley Gardens in the City of Westminster—Was (in the usual manner) introduced.
