EARL ST. ALDWYNMy Lords, owing to the number of speakers in the debate this afternoon it would appear that we shall continue until a fairly late hour. It has therefore been arranged that dinner will be available in the refreshment room, and there will be no adjournment for dinner. It will be appreciated if your Lordships would inform the manageress of the refreshment room as soon as possible if you wish to take dinner.
