My Lords, we have a long list of speakers to-day, and it has been arranged that we should adjourn at 7.15 p.m. and resume at half-past eight. The experiment of sitting through dinner has not proved very successful in the past, and it is hoped that, with a definite interval for dinner, the later speakers will have the support of a fuller House.
