My Lords, perhaps I may be more mundane and give your Lordships some information which I think will be suitable. My noble friend Lord Mills will be making a statement at 3.30 p.m. There is such a formidable list of speakers on the Local Government Bill that it has been arranged through the usual channels that, should we go on too long, we shall break at 7 o'clock for dinner and resume at 8.15.
