HL Deb 03 July 1958 vol 210 c528
THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR COMMONWEALTH RELATIONS (THE EARL OF HOME)

My Lords, I was distressed to learn a few moments ago, and the House will be distressed, too, that Lord Bledisloe has died. He was a most distinguished Governor-General of New Zealand. Noble Lords would wish to pay their tributes, and I suggest that we should do so on Tuesday afternoon, if that is agreeable.
