My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Chesham, I beg to move the Motions standing in his name.

Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for extending section one of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the Borough of Tenby, be approved.

That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for extending section one of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the Urban District of Brierfield, be approved.

That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for extending section one of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the Urban District of Newhaven, be approved.
