My Lords, my noble friend Lord Lansdowne, has been unavoidably detained by urgent and important business elsewhere, and I understand that he has arranged through the usual channels that the moving of this Order should be postponed until Monday. He has asked me to say on his behalf how sincerely he regrets it if he has caused any noble Lord, wherever he sits in the House, any inconvenience; but it was unavoidable.
