HL Deb 02 May 1957 vol 203 c292
EARL FORTESCUE

My Lords, before moving the Adjournment of the House, I should like to draw your Lordships' attention to the fact that we have the Shops Bill in Committee on Recommitment on Tuesday. There are a great number of Amendments, and I am sorry to say that it has been necessary to arrange, through the usual channels, that we shall sit late that day and continue the Sitting through dinner.
