§ EARL FORTESCUEMy Lords, in view of the fact that a large number of Amendments have been put down to the Homicide Bill, it has been arranged through the usual channels that the House will meet tomorrow at two 262 o'clock, and also that the Committee stage of the Magistrates' Courts Bill will be taken on Tuesday, March 12, instead of to-morrow.
