§ Returned from the Commons, agreed to, with an Amendment
§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (VISCOUNT KILMUIR)My Lords, with regard to the Amendment on the Dentists Bill about which your Lordships have just heard, may I just say that paragraph 7 of the First Schedule, which is omitted by the Amendment, becomes unnecessary as a result of the passing of the House of Commons Disqualification Bill which was considered by your Lordships. The Amendment is entirely consequential on the passing of that Bill, and I hope your Lordships will allow me to move that this Commons Amendment be now considered.
§ Moved, That the Commons Amendment be now considered.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
