My Lords, I have it in command from Her Majesty the Queen to acquaint the House that Her Majesty places her Prerogative so far as concerns certain matters dealt with by the Geneva Conventions Bill, at the disposal of Parliament. I now have to move the Third Reading of this Bill, and in view of the welcome which the Bill received when it was read a second time I do not think I need detain your Lordships further. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a third time.
