§ THE EARL OF LISTOWEL had given notice that he would ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have examined the drafting of three recent Emergency Regulations in Cyprus. The noble Earl said: My Lords, I should like to ask the leave of the House to withdraw my Question, as I understand that Her Majesty's Government are not quite ready with the reply.
