§ THE MINISTER OF STATE, SCOTTISH OFFICE (LORD STRATHCLYDE)My Lords, I rise to move that the draft Silos (Scotland) Scheme, 1957, reported from the Special Orders Committee on February 6, be approved. Apart from some minor drafting matters, this scheme is identical with that for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
