THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION (VISCOUNT HAILSHAM)

My Lords, this is the first of three Orders to be moved under the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932. All three of them are in the usual form, and my remarks only the other day are so fresh in your Lordships' minds that I will not weary you by repeating them. In none of these cases was a poll even necessary. I beg to move the first Order.

Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for extending section one of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the Urban District of Stourport-on-Severn, be approved.—(Viscount Hailsham.)
