§ EARL FORTESCUEMy Lords, your Lordships will have heard with great regret of the death on Sunday of Lord Stanmore. He was Chief Liberal Whip here for some time and was also Chairman of Committees. I would therefore inform your Lordships that we shall pay a tribute to him to-morrow.
