My Lords, this is a small technical point on Clause 20 relating to proof of facts, and this Amendment 1180 is necessary in order to ensure that the presumption in favour of the plaintiff. which is set out in paragraph (b), and which is new, shall not be made in proceedings brought under the old Act of 1911. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.—
