HL Deb 30 October 1956 vol 199 c1172

Clause 13, page 20, line 30, at end insert— ("(d) causing the film to be transmitted to subscribers to a diffusion service. (6) The copyright in a cinematograph film is not infringed by making a copy of it for the purposes of a judicial proceeding, or by causing it to be seen or heard in public for the purposes of such a proceeding.")

LORD MANCROFT

My Lords, this Amendment is in two parts. The first is consequential and the second is little more than drafting. It is purely a tidying Amendment. I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.—(Lord Mancroft.)

On Question. Motion agreed to.
