§ LORD MANCROFTMy Lords, this Amendment is on the same subject. I have already deployed the whole of the argument I have to advance to your Lordships on this subject. I do not propose to say any more at this stage on any of the consequential Amendments, all of which hang together on the main one which we have just passed.
