THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (LORD MANCROFT)

My Lords, the three Sunday Entertainments Act Orders standing in my name on the Order Paper are in the usual form and of the usual content, and there is, I think, nothing in them to which I need draw your Lordships' attention. I accordingly beg to move that the first Order standing in my name be approved.

Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for extending section one of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the County Borough of Merthyr Tydfil, be approved.—(Lord Mancroft.)
