HL Deb 22 March 1956 vol 196 c740
LORD STRATHCLYDE

My Lords, these Regulations make the same provision for Scotland as the Regulations which your Lordships have just passed make for England and Wales. They are acceptable to the Scottish local authorities' associations who have been consulted. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Draft Civil Defence (Shelters) (Maintenance) (Scotland) Regulations, 1956, reported from the Special Orders Committee on Wednesday the 14th instant, be approved.—(Lord Strathclyde.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
