My Lords, the Amendments which are proposed to the Private Bills Standing Orders are really nothing but drafting Amendments which are required to keep the Standing Orders up to date. I beg to move that they be agreed to.

Moved, That the following Amendments be made to the Standing Orders relating to Private Bills, etc.:

Standing Order 28, page 23, line 40, leave out ("and Fisheries") and insert ("Fisheries and Food").

Standing Order 32, page 25, line 8, leave out ("and Fisheries") and insert ("Fisheries and Food").

Standing Order 37, page 26, line 33, leave out ("and Fisheries") and insert ("Fisheries and Food").

Standing Order 205A—Leave out the Standing Order and insert— ("If under a Special Procedure Order it is proposed to authorise the compulsory acquisition or use of land, or if the Order relates to any works or to any area of land or water, and the said works or area are described by reference to a map or plan, a copy of a map or plan of the said land or works or area shall be laid with the Order").
