EARL ST. ALDWYNMy Lords, your Lordships will remember that at the last Annual Review it was decided to continue the grants for the ploughing up of grassland unchanged at their existing rates. The scheme now before the House gives effect to this decision as from June 1 of this year. Neither the rates nor the detailed conditions are changed.
