My Lords, the effect of this Amendment is to extend the Admiralty jurisdiction of the High Court in England in claims relating to rowing boats, thus bringing the Admiralty jurisdiction in the High Court into line with the existing Admiralty jurisdiction in the county courts of England. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the Amendment.
