Clause 4, page 6, line 8, leave out from ("any") to end of line 11 and insert ("part of the sea adjacent to the coast of the United Kingdom certified by the Secretary of State to be waters falling by international law to be treated as within the territorial sovereignty of Her Majesty apart from the operation of that law in relation to territorial waters;")

My Lords, this Amendment deals with the definition of inland waters and brings it into line with the present International Law. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the Amendment.
