My Lords, I beg to move the next Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That an Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges of the Commission for Technical Co-operation in Africa South of the Sahara) Order, 1955, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament, and reported from the Special Orders Committee on Tuesday last.—(The Marquess of Reading.)
