§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That he had received (pursuant to Section 4 of the Statutory Instruments Act, 1946) a notification that the Emergency Regulations, 1955 (S.I. 1955 No. 791) had come into operation before being laid before Parliament, together with an explanation thereof: The said Notification and Explanation ordered to lie on the Table.
