My Lords, this Scheme is the counterpart for the herring industry of the Scheme which we have just been considering. It covers the whole of Great Britain. On behalf of my noble friend Lord Strathclyde, I beg to move that the Order be approved.

Moved, That the Herring Industry (Grants for Fishing Vessels and Engines) Scheme, 1955, reported from the Special Orders Committee on Wednesday, the 13th instant, be approved.—(Earl St. Aldwyn.)
