THE EARL OF SCARBROUGHMy Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships a Message from Her Majesty the Queen, signed by her own hand. It is in these terms:
"I have received your Addresses praying that the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges of the Inter-Governmental Maritime Consultative Organisation) Order, 1955; the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges of the World Health Organisation) (Amendment No. 2) Order, 1955; the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges of the Commission for Technical Co-operation in Africa South of the Sahara) Order, 1955; and the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges of Western European Union) Order, 1955, be made in the form of the respective drafts laid before Parliament.
