LORD TEYNHAMMy Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to remove, subject to certain safeguards, the restrictions on children taking part in riding or athletic events or in games or sports, and for that purpose to amend Section 22 of the Children and Young Persons Act, 1933.
