My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to effect amendments in the law relating to copyright necessitated by or arising out of certain International Conventions and agreements, and to create certain rights as to the public reception and reproduction of television broadcasts; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. I beg to move that the Bill be read a first time.
