§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (VISCOUNT KILMUIR)My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to extend the jurisdiction of county courts and, in connection therewith, to make further provision for the despatch of business in county courts by increasing the number of judges and otherwise, and provide for appeals from county courts on questions of fact, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.
