§ The Right Honourable Sir Donald Bradley Somervell, Knight, O.B.E., a Lord Justice of Appeal, having been appointed a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary under the provisions of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, 1876, as amended by subsequent enactments, with the dignity of a Baron for life by the style and title of Baron Somervell of Harrow, of Ewelme in the County of Oxford—Was (in the usual manner) introduced.
