HL Deb 22 November 1954 vol 189 c1748

Third Schedule, page 38, line 42, column 3, after ("Regulations") insert ("margarine, margarine-cheese, milk-blended butter").

VISCOUNT WOOLTON

My Lords, this Amendment, like the previous Amendment, removes from the principal Act the definitions of butter, margarine, margarine cheese, and milk-blended butter. The definitions are no longer required, as, in consequence of earlier repeals, the words do not now appear in the Act. I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.—(Viscount Woolton.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
