§ VISCOUNT WOOLTONMy Lords, Section 11 of the 1938 Act applies the provision of Sections 9 and 10 dealing with unsound food to food given away as prizes or free samples. This Amendment to Section 11 is a drafting Amendment to make it clear that only Sections 9 and 10 relating to unsound food are applied by Section 11. The Amendment to Section 12 is consequential.
