My Lords, I beg to move the Motion which stands in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being dispensed with to allow the Second Reading of the Pharmacy Bill, and the Report stage of the Atomic Energy Authority Bill to have precedence of the Committee stage of the Housing Repairs and Rents Bill.—(The Marquess of Salisbury.)
