THE LORD CHANCELLOR (LORD SIMONDS)My Lords, I beg to move that the Lord Schuster be discharged from serving on the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills and that the Lord Derwent be named of the Committee in his place. Your Lordships will, I think, wish to take this opportunity of thanking Lord Schuster for his long, distinguished and arduous service on this Committee and of welcoming Lord Derwent in his place. I beg to move.
