§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR
My Lords, I have it in command from Her Majesty the Queen to signify to the 1117 House that Her Majesty, having been informed of the purport of the Law Reform (Limitation of Actions, &c.) Bill, has consented to place the interests of the Crown at the disposal of Parliament for the purpose of the Bill.
