be now read a third time. I have to acquaint your Lordships that I have it in command from Her Majesty the Queen to signify to the House that Her Majesty, having been informed of the purport of the
Long Leases (Scotland) Bill, has consented to place the interests of the Crown at the disposal of Parliament for the purposes of the Bill. The Bill has been through its various stages with nothing but favourable comment from all sides of the House, and therefore I will content myself with moving the Third Reading formally.
