§ LORD CARRINGTONMy Lords, the Amendment at page 3, line 26, and the following two, and also the Amendments to Clause 4 at page 5, line 4, and at page 5, line 7, all hang together. They are drafting Amendments which we are making in order to remove a discrepancy between the Slaughterhouses Bill and the Slaughter of Animals (Amendment) Bill. I beg to move that this House do agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.
