EARL FORTESCUE

My Lords, I have been asked by the noble Viscount, Lord Stansgate, with whom I know we all sympathise in the loss of his distinguished brother, to tell the House that he is postponing the Motion on military aid to Pakistan, which is on the Order Paper for debate to-morrow, Wednesday afternoon, until a later date. He much regrets if this unavoidable postponement should cause any inconvenience to those who had proposed to take part in the discussion.
