§ LORD MANCROFTMy Lords, the employers' associations and the trade unions have been consulted also about the proposals in this second Order, and again they have raised no objections. The income from the levy has been used primarily to finance a publicity campaign in Canada for lace tablecloths and suchlike. A similar type of campaign was commenced last year in Australia.
