My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to amend the law relating to road traffic, the provision of parking places, driving licences and certificates of insurance, the licensing of vehicles and the regulation of public service vehicles; and for purposes connected therewith. I beg to move that this Bill be read a first time.
