THE PAYMASTER GENERAL (THE EARL OF SELKIRK)

My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to enable effect to be given to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea, 1954, and otherwise to make new provision for preventing the pollution of navigable waters by oil. I beg to move that the Bill be read a first time.
