§ The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that he had received from the Senior Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice a certificate that on the 7th day of April, 1954, the Viscount St. Davids had been adjudged a bankrupt.
§ The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
