VISCOUNT WOOLTON

My Lords. I beg to move the Motion standing on the Order Paper in the name of my noble friend Lord Salisbury.

Moved That Standing Orders No. XXI and XXXIX be considered in order to their being dispensed with for the purpose of giving the second Reading of the Regency Bill precedence over the other Notices and Orders of the Day and for passing the Bill through its remaining stages on such day as the House may direct.—(Viscount Woolton.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and ordered accordingly.
