My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to make further provision as to the use for the services of the Crown of patented inventions and registered designs; to make permanent provision for the use for the purpose aforesaid of other inventions and designs, and for the disclosure of industrial information required by the Crown for defence purposes; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. I beg to move that this Bill be read a first time.
