THE LORD CHANCELLOR (LORD SIMONDS)

My Lords, I have to inform your Lordships that Her Majesty having been pleased to determine the abeyance existing in the Barony of FitzWalter in favour of Mr. FitzWalter Brook Plumptre, His Lordship stands at the Bar with his Writ of Summons. His Lordship is the nephew of Henry FitzWalter, Lord FitzWalter, in whose favour the abeyance then existing in the Barony was determined by His late Majesty King George V, and who took his seat in your Lordships' House on the 3rd December, 1924.
