§ THE EARL OF LISTOWEL had given notice of a Question to ask Her Majesty's Government whether they propose to implement the recommendations in the Report of the Post Office Recognition Committee which was published in February, 1952. The noble Earl said: My Lords, I wish to ask leave of the House to postpone the Question standing in my name on the Order Paper.
