THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (LORD LLOYD)

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Carrington, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to make further provision with respect to the destruction or control of rabbits and other animals and birds and to the use of spring traps for killing or taking animals. I beg to move that this Bill be read a first time.
